My PB&J Smoothie Recipe

Updated: Feb 25, 2022

The other night I was craving a little after dinner snack and was light on groceries, so I decided to get creative. I ended up making a super delicious smoothie version of a PB&J, and wanted to share it here!

Here it is (and know that I don’t take measurements very seriously)

  1. A cup or so of strawberries

  2. A cup or so of blueberries

  3. A healthy scoop of peanut butter – you can use whatever nut butter you prefer

  4. 1/2 cup of milk – feel free to use almond, oat, dairy, whatever you prefer

  5. A few ounces of water or some ice cubes

  6. 1/2 -1 scoop of whatever protein powder you prefer (optional)

  7. Blend and enjoy!

As you can see, I typically just wing it and make my smoothies to taste, but thats part of the fun of experimenting. I always crave an after-dinner snack, and this smoothie was exactly what I needed. Super easy, yummy & filling! If you decide to give it a try, send me a picture or tag me on social media! The Etsy link to this Better Beauty Babe cup is here.

Enjoy!

XO Megan
